This statistic sadly doesn’t surprise me. Because every career step I ever took had one thing in common: I was the only female creative leader at the table regardless of industry.
Unfortunately, very few holistic programs exist to help women in creative fields successfully take on leadership roles which furthers the gender gap.
When I was 31, I was promoted to my first leadership role at a creative agency. With this new position came a slew of inherited problems that I wasn’t equipped to navigate and now I was accountable for an entire team! Plus, I had just become a new mom and was juggling all the things between my new baby and a new role. I felt overwhelmed, underprepared, and isolated.
I needed guidance from a woman who had been in my shoes and could give me a roadmap of how to create a meaningful life and fulfilling creative career.
And no leader thrives alone. We need each other.
Leaders are not born. They are Made.
Our culture wants us to believe that only a few women can rise to the top, but there’s room for everyone. That’s why I’m so passionate about working with female founders, creators and leaders in The Creative Circle.
We are creating a movement of women equipped and emboldened to use their talents to impact the world and pave the way for the next generation of women to follow.

We are overloaded with information all of the time trying to consume a course, read a blog, join a webinar, or watch something on social media. You can learn a few tips and tricks engaging with these formats, but deep transitional work doesn’t happen overnight, it's a journey.
The truth is that is why we designed the Creative Circle around community-driven coaching where you can learn content and be coached within a community of creative women that have been in your shoes and understand your unique challenges.

As long as you are part of the Creative Circle program, you’ll have access to the community, content library and coaching calls.
Typically members spend 1-1.5 hours a week on a group coaching call and engaging with other members on the membership site for feedback or accountability. They spend an additional 1 hour every 2 weeks developing and implementing the content they’ve learned.
Definitely. The Creative Circle is for women who are leading a team of creative people in any capacity! Whether you are a new leader or a seasoned leader, this is for you. Maybe you're at an agency, in-house or a studio or you’re dreaming of starting your own creative shop and becoming a founder, the tools and methods you’ll learn in this program will help you live, learn and lead well starting right now.
Yes, you can join the waitlist at any time. Doors open quarterly.
This is a membership subscription billed monthly. We encourage members to commit to at least a year in order to experience the full value of this transformational program. However, we want you to feel connected and thrive, and if that's not what you experience in the Creative Circle, you can simply email the customer service team at support@hamzacreativegroup.com within 30 days, and your subscription will end.
